Hello!

time has been flying by here in NYC, and in only 4 days I will be back in Milan, so I am trying to spend every second out of this room breathing some inspiring air with my sister!

Today I wanted to finally share with you part of the experience I had with Maiyet this summer. 

It was a short time frame, but long enough to make me fall in love with this magical brand and the wonderful team of people they have...definitely more than enough!

These are the pictures we shot during the opening of family&friends during last thursday in Soho, at their new store, (16 Crosby St.) with colleagues and founders Paul van Zyl and Kristy Caylor.

If you had never heard of it, (i doubt) let me tell you that Maiyet is pioneering a new luxury by creating a fashion brand that celebrates rare artisanal skills from unexpected places. I probably won't even find the right words to express what it means to work for a brand with such beliefs and commitments to promote entrepreneurship, prosperity and dignity in places that need it most, such as India, Indonesia, Bolivia, Kenya and Peru.
